How to Track Your AT&T Order Status

If you’ve recently ordered a device online from AT&T, you might be wondering when you can expect to receive it. The good news is that it is very easy to track your AT&T order. There are a couple different ways. Here’s how it works:

  • First off all, you should have received an email with the status of your order. Be sure to check any email account that you might have on record with AT&T. You can expect updates there.
  • You can also go to the AT&T Order Management Hub and pull up your order by entering your zip code and order number.
  • Alternatively, you can log into your myAT&T account here. From there, you’ll want to visit the Account Overview section. You’ll see a little module (pictured below) that shows you the status of your order. If you are participating in a trade-in offer that requires you to send your old device back to AT&T, you can also keep track of that process here.(Exact user experience may vary)

How long does it take for AT&T to deliver your device?

Delivery generally takes two to three business days, though it can sometimes take as much as three to five business days. It’s also important to know that pre-orders will ship on a first-come, first-serve basis, and, of course, if items are back-ordered, they won’t ship until they become available.
